PhD training evaluation 2024

Dear PhD student,

Earlier in 2024, you took one of the courses in our PhD programme. Most probably, you filled in an evaluation for the trainer, immediately after the last session.

However, from our position as the NWO-I internal training desk and part of the HR team, we too are highly interested in your experience with the course you took. Do the courses we offer support your development? Are you now – back in your daily work -  able to effectively use the competencies you wished to develop? Do the courses we offer cover the needs you have as a PhD? Which of you needs are not addressed yet?

Therefore, we kindly invite you to fill in a short questionnaire. We know you are busy and receive quite some requests like these, so we highly appreciate your 5-10 minutes effort! You are investing it in our ability to optimize the support your employer can offer to you and your (future) colleague PhD’s.

The questionaire is  anonymous: you are not required to fill in your name if you do not want to. And your answers will be statistically gathered, so we cannot track their provenance.
